We provide field engineer service for customer premise troubleshooting at these locations:

Our field engineer solutions include remote hands services for bespoke as well as most common tasks:

• Router installation and troubleshooting (including manufacturers: Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Silver Peak and others)
• Rack-and-stack of servers/IT-equipment
• IT assessments
• VoIP migration/installation
• Deployment of new or temporary failover circuits (leased lines, xDSL, LTE/4G)
• Per-case basis or SLA-backed contract
