HA
  • High availabilty level
  • 99,999% availability of power and network
  • Maximum ETTR of 2 hours for hardware provided by Probe Networks
  • Maximum latency of 30ms within our own network in germany
  • 24x Incident support
  • Free 24x7 support for hardware provided by Probe Networks
  • Test our network: Speedtest or Traceroute
In case we do not comply with the provided SLA we will refund 1/30th of the monthly fee per 0,1% of unavailability. Maximum refund limited to full month rental fees.
